Submit a Maintenance Request

Welcome to the Merrimack College maintenance request system. The system is designed to provide you with a user-friendly mechanism to submit service requests to the facilities department (such as faucet or window repairs, carpet cleaning, broken tiles) and to check the status of these requests as they are being worked on.

If you are reporting an emergency situation that threatens life or safety, please immediately call Merrimack College Police Department at 978-837-5911 (ext. 5911 if you are on campus). 

Requests for future renovations should be directed to your dean, department chair or vice president.

To proceed, use your Merrimack College email address and password. After login, click on the work order tab to submit a new request.
