Adjunct Instructor, Mathematics

Position Overview:  The Mathematics Department invites applications for several adjunct instructors for the Fall 2018 term.  An M.S. in Mathematics or Mathematics Education and prior college-level teaching are required.

Courses: MTH1217 Calculus I, MTH1111 Basic Statistics, MTH1016 Precalculus

Dates: September 4 to December 19, 2018

Days/Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays various times between 8:00 AM and 3:15 PM

The successful candidates will have effectively taught undergraduate courses at the freshman level. Experience with active learning, inquiry based learning, technology in the classroom, and on-line homework are particularly desirable.
